If you are suffering from an injury, recovering from a surgery, have a medical condition or face other movement dysfunctions, you may lack the ability or confidence to pursue normal activities. No two conditions are the same. We thoroughly evaluate your symptoms and limitations. Working together, we will develop and implement a plan that will help you restore and maintain a state of physical, mental and social well being.

Creative definitions
We have a full range of on-site group and training classes in various forms including aerobics, kickboxing, body sculpting. There is no better way to promote the reduction of stress and clarity while maintaining the all-important flexibility of your body. Beginners are welcome!

From classic free-weights to the freelance personal trainers who travel to you- we have it all. We have trainers stationed in different areas at all times to assist you in safely executing your workouts. They are completely dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
